Domains with catch-alls being disabled

Wednesday, February 25th, 2009

Our policy has always been to not allow catch-alls to be used on domains that use our service.  We’ve posted here on the blog in the past how to use the Catch-all Report to see which domains on your service have catch-alls enabled.  Unfortunately, at this time we’ve had to disable domains that have catch-alls enabled on them, as they cause a lot of stress on our infrastructure.

You have the ability to log into the Account Manager and re-enable the domains.  We ask that you please remove the catch-alls from any disabled domains before re-enabling them.  We run a catch-all report each week to see which domains in our system have catch-alls enabled, and will be re-disabling any that show up on this report on a regular basis.

Please contact support if you have any questions.
