Thanks George,

I have tried three cards in total now. Both of my business cards fail despite working successfully elsewhere. My personal card is the only one that works. I guess it's some sort of security issue between the UK and US for checking cards - unfortunately, the credit card companies aren't helpng much as they are claiming that there are no issues their end!

For now, I have managed to register a card, although it's not the preferred one.

Chad,

When you add a new credit card number to the system, a 1 cent transaction is authorizd to make sure that the card is valid. this transaction is never fully completed so no actual charge will show up on your bill. the error youposted above means that the test transaction was declined by your bank. you'll need to check with your bank to determine the cause of this.

as to the additional address fields, we only ask for those fields we have the ability to pass to the credit card gateway. Our processor does not accept a second address line nor a county field.

I've tried to add a payment method (again), and am still receiving an error. This time it's:

There are no payment methods currently configured.
ERROR: The transaction was unsuccessful.

I'm using IE7.

Also, I would recommend adding some extra address fields. We could do with the ability to add a county (for us UKers), and a second line for the address would be handy too.

Cheers,

I have logged into the new control panel to add credit card info for billing. However all I get is a white page and a message in the status bar that there are errors on page.
