		<description>The new RBL rejection method is not related in any way to messages in your quarantine.  When a sender is matched to the RBL list, the connection is denied at the SMTP level, and therefore there is no message to quarantine as no message was ever received.
Be sure to use the &quot;Deliver &amp; Report&quot; option for legitimate messsages in quarantine.</description>
