New RBL rejection method
by Ken ForstromWe have decided to reject RBL messages before the SMTP greeting, in an effort to reduce system load. We are noticing a higher than usual amount of dictionary attacks which seem to be causing our concurrent connection limits to be exceeded. What this means for you is that there will no longer be RBL messages included in the traffic reports for your domains, and you will see a significant drop in message counts.

We noticed that there has been a significant increase in false positives lately. Will you guys be able to see if this issue is related?
Due to this, i have disabled 4 of my domains out of the anti-spam protection.

The new RBL rejection method is not related in any way to messages in your quarantine. When a sender is matched to the RBL list, the connection is denied at the SMTP level, and therefore there is no message to quarantine as no message was ever received.
Be sure to use the “Deliver & Report” option for legitimate messsages in quarantine.
