Delayed Mail Issues
by Ken ForstromWe have noticed intermittent delays in the receipt of email for some of our customers. We are working with MailFoundry to fix this issue, and we have also been made aware of a system update that MailFoundry is going to release soon to address this problem.

Still have serious mail issues, complaints coming in from everyone. I have never lost so much mail for so long.

9:00 AM today I sent myself a message from Gmail – it ususally takes 10 seconds. It’s been 45 minutes and is not here.
You say mailfoundry will have a fix for this “Soon” – can you define “soon” or ball park it? I’m willing to shut this thing off for a few weeks and tell my customers that a fix is coming, but I can’t have these delays.
No Blog Updates, No responses to my support tickets, no replys to emails or voice mails. Just tell us what is going on. I can live with a good explanation and a timeline, but dead air will just kill your customer loyalty.

We are also having a lot of touble with email.
Spam is going through, some delays and the worst: replicating of emails sent to the same address after going through your gateway mf1 please help!

The delayed mail issue has been resolved for a few days.

Still experiencing mail delays. Message sent to me today at 10:14 AM EST, received at 12:28 PM EST. That’s 2hours 14minutes.

i too am having problems with delayed emails. i opened a ticket about three weeks ago wanting to know how to change the manage password and no response.
i am a new customer and don’t know how this company takes care of it’s customers but not very happy so far.

I have had lenghty delays of late as well, currently I am on on MF1 with all my servers.
Has there been any progress at all on these issues?
