Nice first podcast, good to get these ideas out for the clients. Will this new service be available via an API? I really like just adding a new domain and not having to worry about email config. I’m just trying to streamline my process.
1) register domain at godaddy – working on api integration here
2) add domain to plesk – api available, havent tried integrating it yet
3) add domain to my custom billing system – this is where the api call will be stored.
4) add domain to zimbra server for mail, api available, not integrated yet.
5) add to easyantispam – automatic right now!!! Hurray.
So adding a new domain right now takes me about 45 mins. I have to cut that down!
Thanks.

Yes, there will be an API, but not right away. We’re working on the web interface first.

I understand that showing us how to limit access direct to our servers is beyond the scope of your support, however can you recommend resources for information on best practice for mail server protection?
