New Quarantine System – Feedback Wanted

by George Roberts

We’ve had some people testing the new quarantine system for a week or so now and we’ve gotten some great feedback.  We’re still open to adding additional domains to the new system, so if you’re interested in testing the new quarantine system drop us an email at support@easyantispam.com and let us know which domain(s) you’d like to test with.

For those that are currently testing the new system, please feel free to post your comments about it to this blog post — either positive or negative.  We’re striving for transparency here so we’ll take any and all comments you have and try to address them as best we can.

Provided we don’t run into any major problems with the new system I anticipate that we’ll be getting ready for the systemwide rollout next month.  We want to get some information together to give out to our customers so that they can notify their customers of the changes and give people enough time to communicate that.   If you have suggestions on the rollout to make it easy (relatively, anyway) on everyone, please let us know here as well.

The new system looks quite good, it would also be good if users could add email addresses to be whitelisted or blacklisted via the admin area.

But overall this will be a big improvement to easyat as I quite often get requests from users who would like to see what is in the quarantine insted of waiting for a daily digest email.

    Aaron.

  2. David Says:

New quarantine is very helpful, however, out customers really need a quick popup menu to filter quarantine by individual email address or alias. It’s great to be able to login once and see the quarantine for more than one address, but we still need to be able to focus on messages for one address at a time.

    Thanks,
    David

I’m sure I can do that… you can also sort by the “to” address by clicking on the column header, which helps for looking at individual addresses.
